Gathered under plastic chandeliers at Umbrella Lane’s spanking new office space, Ester and Gia discuss the 'Licensing of sexual entertainment venues consultation', how it is threatening to close up strip clubs and destroy the livelihoods of Scottish dancers and what we are gonna do about it. We play highlights from the Scot-PEP and Arika's Scot Decrim Now conference panels 'What impact do different legal frameworks around sex work have on sex workers and our safety? with representatives from SWAI (Sex Workers Alliance Ireland), fuckforbundet (Sweden), PION (Norway), Umbrella Lane (Scotland) and STRASS (France), and the 'Sex Work is Work' panel.
